Wife and Mom, first and foremost. Lover of health, fitness, and wine! The last two years I have been on a journey to discover balance. I have lost almost 50 pounds since delivering my 2nd child and am working my way to the best place I’ve been in in my life. Now I feel ready to take on the world with this journey too!
I am here to help any women (men too!) who have been struggling with their health and fitness. I want to challenge others to make the positive changes to their lives and become the best versions of themselves. I will hold you accountable and cheer you on, every step of the way!
I love to spend time in the kitchen creating healthier recipes for the dishes I grew up loving.
