I get a lot of messages from friends who are curious what a day in the life looks like for me in terms of my nutrition.

The nutrition plan that I follow, 2B Mindset has been a complete game changer for me, and it has taught me so much. I never thought that a day would come that I could say I am an “Intuitive eater”, but here I am. I focus on a lot of water, and a lot of veggies before anything else as my primary goal. And the most important part is that I don’t feel like I am depriving myself. I feel so nourished and satisfied every single day.

So here is a glimpse of what I ate yesterday!

Breakfast – a veggie filled breakfast bowl. I used arugula, sweet potato, and roasted veggies as my base. I drizzled all of the veggies with my favorite Trader Joes Spicy Cashew Butter Dressing. Then, I topped it with two eggs, avocado, micro greens and a sprinkle of Everything but the bagel seasoning.

Morning Snack – I mixed up my favorite Shakeology flavor, Salted caramel with coffee, Vanilla Nutpods, and lots of ice to give it a Frappachino like consistency.

Lunch – We went out for lunch and I was craving a Sandwich. I chose a Tuna Melt and swapped out the white bread for wheat and opted for a side salad instead of fries. But don’t worry, I had some fries off of my kids’ lunch plates.

Afternoon Snack – I LOVE my Beachbody Beach Bars. The Peanut Butter Chocolate is so dang good and tastes like a treat!

Dinner – I keep my dinners pretty light, so I had carne asada tacos wrapped in lettuce with a small handful of tortilla chips on the side and salsa.

I was happy to see I was down on the scale the next day too. I love my meal plan because I can eat a lot, feel so satisfied, and reach my goals at the same time.
