This is a weekly meal prep staple in my house. I like to make this big batch so I can use it for all the things. Whether it is Taco Tuesday, or to top on my almost daily avocado toast. It is just a must have, and I highly recommend you make it asap!


Pico De Gallo

Course Dip, Side Dish, Snack


  • 5 Roma Tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 Red Onion diced
  • 1/2-1 Jalapeno seeded and diced
  • 1/2 Bunch Cilantro Diced
  • 4 Garlic Cloves Diced
  • 1 Lime Juiced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


  • Combie all ingredinets in a bowl and mix well to combine.
  • Season with Salt and Paper
