This is a weekly meal prep staple in my house. I like to make this big batch so I can use it for all the things. Whether it is Taco Tuesday, or to top on my almost daily avocado toast. It is just a must have, and I highly recommend you make it asap!

Pico De Gallo
Ingredients
- 5 Roma Tomatoes diced
- 1/2 Red Onion diced
- 1/2-1 Jalapeno seeded and diced
- 1/2 Bunch Cilantro Diced
- 4 Garlic Cloves Diced
- 1 Lime Juiced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combie all ingredinets in a bowl and mix well to combine.
- Season with Salt and Paper
